Ray is a ray of sunshine! He was very knowledgable of what needed to be fixed and came within an hour of inquiry. Very efficient and was able to analyze AND fix what the other "plumber" could not. He quoted us a reasonable price and helped us fix our light. Thank you very much Ray!

Ray saved us money! Lowe’s wouldn’t install our new Fridge because the existing waterline disappeared into the floor with no visible shut off valve. Ray located the shutoff valve (under our kitchen sink) and was willing to add a shutoff valve behind the fridge as Lowe’s said was required, but also recommended I contact Lowe’s and see if now that we located the shut off they would install it. They did! They just made us disconnect the fridge and show that the water was such off. That saved us a good amount of money even though it was one less job for Ray, he didn’t mind!. He also replaced a broken facet that had rusted screws we couldn’t get out. Plus he installed new shut off valves for us since ours were old and no longer shut off. Top notch service, really great, clean, through, friendly, and patient. My go to plumber for sure!

I contacted Raytech Plumbing and Drains after a recommendation from a close friend. I had a major issue with work done previously by another plumbing company and needed to find someone reputable for a new problem in my home. During my initial contact with Raytech Plumbing, the service tech that took my info was friendly, concerned and was quickly able to schedule my appointment. The plumber came out the next day and was able to diagnose my issue and advised me of what was going on and my options. He was friendly, knowledgeable but more importantly to me is that he was clean and took care while inside my home. He did a great job with the repair and left the bathroom he was working in as if he wasn't there at all. Needless to say, clean! The price was awesome compared to other companies. I highly recommend Raytech Plumbing.
